Privacy policy
Effective October 9, 2026
This policy covers artmarketingpodcast.com and the Art Marketing Podcast email list and text messages. It explains what we collect, why, and how to stop hearing from us.
What we collect
- Your email address, and your first name if you give it.
- Proof that you asked to join: the date and time, the page you signed up on, where you came from, your IP address and your browser type. We record this again when you click the confirmation link.
- Your mobile number, if you sign up for text messages.
- Whether our emails were delivered, opened or clicked, and any bounce or spam report.
How we use it
- To send you the emails and texts you asked for.
- To keep a record that you agreed to get them.
- To stop sending to anyone who unsubscribes, bounces or reports spam.
- To understand which emails people find useful.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not share your mobile number or text message consent with anyone for their marketing.
Who handles it for us
We use a small number of service providers to run the list: Cloudflare (website hosting), PlanetScale (database), Resend (email delivery) and, for text messages, Twilio. They process your information only to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you are on the list. If you unsubscribe, we keep your email address on a do-not-send list so that we never email you again by mistake.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from email with the one-click link at the bottom of every email.
- Stop text messages by replying STOP.
- Ask to see, correct or delete your information by writing to hello@artmarketingpodcast.com.
